Terms and Conditions

1. The product
Moxua Mark is a Windows desktop application for tagging, rating and annotating local files. The Free tier includes current core features with a limit of 300 files and folders per library and unlimited tags. Pro removes the file and folder limit.
2. License grant
After a valid purchase, Moxua grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to activate and use Moxua Mark Pro on your own personal Windows devices. This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription and not a transfer of ownership of the software.
3. Delivery and updates
A unique license code is generated for each order and delivered electronically, normally by email and an order confirmation page. Pro includes major-version updates. You may download and install updates made available through official Moxua channels.
4. Activation and device management
Activation and ordinary use work offline. No Moxua account is required. Optional online license management may be used for activation counts, deactivation, device resets and revocation. Revocation cannot be guaranteed to disable an installation that is already operating offline.
5. Your responsibilities
Keep your license code private and use it only for yourself. Do not share it publicly, resell it, or attempt to bypass the free-tier limit. Do not use the product for unlawful purposes or distribute modified versions as a competing product.
6. Files and backups
Your files, tags, ratings and notes remain on your computer. You are responsible for maintaining backups. File-identity and quick-hash recovery features are best-effort and cannot guarantee recovery after every hardware, filesystem or database failure.
7. Third-party services
Payments, email delivery, optional update checks and optional online licensing are provided by third parties such as 金数据, Paddle, Cloudflare, Resend and GitHub. Their terms and privacy policies also apply to those operations.
8. Refunds
Our refund policy is available at /en/legal/refund. It does not include a general seven-day change-of-mind refund. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
9. Warranty and liability
The product is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Moxua is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss caused by missing backups, hardware failure, third-party service outages or user-modified files.
